Am I locked into a contract?

Unlike many other developers who lock you into 12 or 24 month contracts, we don’t believe in contracts. We believe our customers remain with us long term because they love us and our services.

Are there any upfront fees?

We hate hidden fees so you won’t find any here. The price you see is the price you pay every month.

The price includes everything from designing your website, building it and managing it, unlimited support and unlimited changes each month, as well as reports each month to show how your website is doing on Google.

How long does it take to get my website built?

The average turnaround time from you coming onboard to us launching your website is 1 week.

This can vary depending on how long it takes for you to fill out the required information we need to build your website, if you have a logo, etc.

Can I really cancel anytime?

Absolutely! If you no longer want to use our service you’re able to cancel anytime without any secret fees or hassle!

All we ask for a months notice so we’re able to get everything shut down.

What information do you need from me to build my business website?

This really varies from business to business but in general we require information about your business, how you started, how long you have been running, what type of services you offer, etc.

Other things you’re going to need is your logo in a format that can be used on your website.

Don’t worry though, we’ve got a really great onboarding process that makes everything really straight forward.

Will my business be on Google?
